Vision Metals will NOT Load trucks with equipment showing obvious deficiencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong>** Notify us IMMEDIATELY if there is any substantial delay loading or unloading a truck. We do not pay discretionary \/ no advance notice detention time ** <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>** Please do NOT ask for a load to be assigned to you unless you have a truck confirmed in advance **<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">** V<strong>ision Metals reserves the right to back charge carriers for improper or inadequate load securement that causes excessive handling time to unload or sort material **<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>** Freight vendors are responsible for acquiring PODs with each delivery.  Any BOL submitted to Vision Metals, LLC without a recipient signature is subject to Vision Metals back charging our freight vendor for the full sales value of the material on the BOL if our customer refuses to pay on account of no <\/strong><b>POD<\/b> **<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-5b71825ca62ae1afe51c2b04955b35d3\" style=\"font-size:14px\">*** PLEASE NOTE THAT VISION METALS WILL MAINTAIN ITS CURRENT 2:00pm FACILITY CUTOFF TIME, BUT WE WILL NOT LOAD OR UNLOAD TRUCKS THAT ARRIVE  &amp; CHECK IN AT THE FACILITY LATER THAN 1:30pm ***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong>Vision Metals no longer pays TONU charges (Truck Ordered Not Used) as there is no reciprocity compensation to Vision Metals for TONS situations (Truck Ordered No Show)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Vision Metals will be closed on Memorial Day &#8211; Monday May 25, 2026.
